Activities: We offer our guests many activities to enjoy. Choose from hiking, fishing, horseshoes, corn hole, paddle boats, board games, bird watching or just sitting by the campfire telling stories! We allow catch and release fishing in both our lakes which are stocked with bass, bluegill and crappie. We do allow swimming in our lakes and there are several options within a few miles of our property. Take a long hike in the Hoosier National Forest which borders our property and gives guests direct access to hundreds of acres to explore! There are also four large Indiana State recreational lakes located in the national forest within a 20 minute drive that have thousands of acres of water. Spend the day fishing, swimming or hiking at Tipsaw, Celina, Indian and Saddle Lakes!
Fishing permitted on Poison Creek which borders our property and is a direct tributary of the Ohio River. Indiana State fishing license is required.

Rainbow Lake Recreation Area:
Just a 5 mile drive from our property you'll discover Rainbow Lake. This former stone quarry is absolutely incredible and the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy a day of swimming!

Marengo Cave: Marengo is an incredible cave system located just 36 miles north of us. It is Indiana's most visited natural attraction. Take your family deep underground for a day of spelunking!
Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial: Located 35 miles west, just down the road from Holiday World is the childhood home of the 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln. He was raised most of his young life in Southern Indiana. Guests are welcomed with a museum, welcome center and farm on the original site. Actors in period clothing reenact life from the early 1800's. It's an incredible experience for history buffs!
Wineries: Southern Indiana has a little-known secret, we're a wine region. The area has many small vineyards and wineries to visit. We can provide a list of each location and details to make exploring them much easier. German wines are very popular as well as many types of sweeter wines. Sit back and relax with a glass while visiting the rolling hills of Southern Indiana!
